Today’s performer is a college student who I picked up and caught while job hunting. Her name is Ranka-chan. She’s a neat and clean girl who doesn’t seem to appear in many AVs, so I talked to almost everyone I could find, and I thought she was definitely the type that I wouldn’t be able to get, but for some reason I was able to catch her pretty easily. She had already finished touring the companies for the day, and it seemed like she had nowhere to go until it was time to catch the highway bus back, but I never found out why she agreed to be scouted for AV. I talked to her one-sidedly, and she said “Yes… Yes… Oh, is that so… Yes,” and it was decided smoothly. Because of the time, we talked a little in the car, and instead of going to the office, we decided to have an interview and test shoot at a hotel. She seemed a little shy, so we didn’t talk much during the drive and she seemed a little nervous, but as soon as we entered the hotel, she started to behave suspiciously. Her voice was trembling and her legs started to tremble. Some of the girls I scouted would burst into tears when it came time to film, which made me a little worried. After we got to the room and took a short break, they seemed to have calmed down a bit, so I decided to start the interview.
